The aim of the project. The project is focused on increasing the employment of graduates through the formation of personality-oriented competencies, taking into account the recommendations of the latest documents of the Bologna process.
Objects of the project:
– the implementation in the universities of partner countries an effective model of competencies, taking into account the characteristics of the labor market, economic and socio-cultural development of countries
– the development of a concept and the establishment centers for the development of competencies and the promotion employment of graduates (CCED), which take into account the interests of all stakeholders and target groups
– holding trainings on the development of modules and tools aimed at different target groups
– popularization centers for the development of competencies and the promotion of the employment of graduates (CCED) in the educational space of partner countries
Expected results of the project:
– analysis of conditions (national analytical reports on the situation in the field of employment of graduates in Russia and Kazakhstan, as well as university reports of partner universities on this issue, the study of the best European practices in the development of competencies and increasing the ability of graduates to seek employment)
– the development of the concept of Centers (university concepts of centers for the development of competencies and the promotion of the employment of graduates (CCED), competence models, materials, modules and training programmes for various target groups, training programmes for staff of partner universities)
– creation and piloting of the Centers (establishment and functioning centers for the development of competencies and facilitation of the employment of graduates (CCED) in partner universities in Russia and Kazakhstan)
– quality assurance (internal reports, plans and quality assessment, management and quality criteria for project activities)
– dissemination of results (the materials, the tools, the plans of promotion information about the Project and its results)
– project management (internal reports and project meetings)
